Start the fun today by becoming part of Forum The Shopping Mall’s Hip Kids Club created specially for kids aged zero to twelve.
Just stop by the Information Counter located on Level 2 during mall hours from 10am to 9pm to enrol or click here to download an application form.
A fee of $15 is chargeable for a 1-year membership.

Terms & Conditions:
Hip Kids Club Membership Card must be presented in order to enjoy privileges. All privileges extended are for regular-priced merchandise/items and a la carte services only, valid till 31 December 2012, unless otherwise stated. Not valid for on-going in-store promotions, discounts, vouchers, promotional/sale items, promotional set menus, privilege cards and loyalty programmes. All trial lessons/classes are subject to availability. All free gifts are on a while-stocks-last basis and limited to one per shopper per day. Please check in-store for details. Hermill Investments Pte Ltd accepts no liability for the goods and services provided by the merchants involved. Information is correct at the time of print.
- Every $100 purchase (single or accumulated same-day receipts) earns you 100 bonus points. Members are to present their membership card and purchase receipts at the Information Counter, located on Level 2 to redeem for the bonus points. Collection of points has to be made on the same day of purchase. Late receipts will not be eligible for the award of bonus points
- Purchases of the following do not qualify for bonus points accumulation:
- Purchases made with gift vouchers
- Receipts from schools, clinics & non-retail tenants (eg. retail kiosk)
- All bonus points accumulated on the card must be used to redeem your gift every six months. Points will be forfeited if not redeemed at the end of each validity period.
- Redemption of gifts must be made within two weeks from the six-month validity period. No extension is allowed.

Mon - Fri: 11am to 1pm & 4.30pm to 8pm and Sat / Sun / Public Holiday: 10.30am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm & 6pm to 8pm.
