About Forum Rewards Programme


Forum Rewards Programme (FRP) is a loyalty programme where members can accumulate points by spending in the mall. Save more when you shop more!

To be a member, simply spend $50 in a single retail receipt and present receipt to the Information Counter on Level 2 on the same day of purchase. Participant must be of at least 18 years old, and has a valid Singapore mobile number. Each member can only hold one account at any one time.

Point Accumulation & Redemption


  • Point Accumulation
    • Spend a minimum of $20 in a single retail receipt and present it to the Information Counter on Level 2 on the same day of purchase to start accumulating points.
    • Every $10 = 1 FRP Point. Daily point accumulation is capped at 50 FRP Points.
    • Receipt(s) presented clearly display the following:-
      • Shop name
      • Unit number of shop
      • Date and time of transaction
      • Receipt number
      • Purchase amount (minimum of $20 in a single receipt).
    • Double spending is required from schools and enrichment centres (i.e. $20 = 1 FRP Point).

    • The Management reserves the right not to award FRP points in the event that the submitted receipt is unclear, or contains incomplete details.
    • Re-printed, duplicate, handwritten, or electronic receipt will not be accepted.

  • Point Redemption
    • With 200 FRP Points, member can redeem a $10 Forum voucher.

    • Redemption must be made in person and rewards are subject to availability.

    • FRP Points will expire on 31 March of the following year (i.e. FPP Points accumulated in 2019 will expire on 31 March 2020). No extension will be allowed.

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Hermill Investments Pte Ltd (“Management”), a subsidiary of Hotel Properties Ltd and the property manager of Forum The Shopping Mall (“Mall”), shall offer its rewards programme known as the Forum Rewards Programme ("FRP") upon the terms and conditions as set out herein (“FRP Terms”) to each member ("Member") of the FRP.

1.2 Subject to the Management’s sole discretion, eligible persons may participate in the FRP in accordance with paragraph 2 below by registering at the Information Counter located on Level 2 of the Mall (“Information Counter”).

1.3 By signing up for and participating in the FRP, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the FRP Terms including any amendments or supplements that may be made to the FRP Terms by the Management in its sole discretion from time to time.

1.4 As a condition of your participation in the FRP, you are required to provide the Management with current, accurate, truthful and complete information about yourself during the registration process and keep your records with the Management current and up-to-date. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for all consequences of providing any inaccurate, incomplete and/or insufficient information. In the event the Management determines or have reason to believe that the information provided by you is not current, is inaccurate, or is incomplete in any way or that you have provided false or misleading information, the Management shall be entitled to suspend and/or terminate your membership at its sole discretion and the Management shall not be liable to you for any losses that may be suffered by you arising out of or in connection with such termination.

2. Eligibility & Membership

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old as at the date of application in order to become a Member.

2.2 To apply for the FRP membership, you must approach the Information Counter and provide the following:-

  • a valid Singapore mobile number;
  • your NRIC, passport, work permit, employment pass, dependent’s pass or any other forms of identification as may be required by the Management for the purposes of verification; and
  • one (1) receipt showing a minimum spending of $50.00.

2.3 Upon successful registration as a Member, a membership account will be created for you (“Membership Account”). You may only hold one (1) Membership Account at any one time. Points and rewards earned under your Membership Account are non-transferable. Your Membership Account will be subject to periodic audits by the Management to determine the accuracy of your spending records.

2.4 You confirm, acknowledge and agree that the acceptance of your application is subject to the Management’s approval at its sole and absolute discretion and that your application may be rejected by the Management without assigning any reason thereto.

2.5 The Management reserves the right to amend, change and/or terminate the FRP at its sole and absolute discretion any time without prior notice. Such amendments and/or changes to the FRP shall include, but shall not be limited to, creating and changing the tiers of membership in the FRP and the qualifying criteria for the tiers of membership and the privileges granted to Members. Details of the prevailing membership tiers will be published on the Mall’s website (www.forumtheshoppingmall.com.sg/forumrewards), and updated from time to time.

2.6 Your membership under the FRP is a lifetime membership (unless otherwise determined by the Management) subject to the Management’s right to terminate your Membership Account under the FRP Terms. Without prejudice to the other FRP Terms, the Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Membership Account in the event:-

  • it becomes aware of any fraudulent or dishonest transactions in relation to your Membership Account or attempts to solicit or tout for receipts by you;
  • of your breach of any of the FRP Terms;
  • your Membership Account is inactive for a period of thirty-six (36) consecutive months.

The Management shall not be liable to you for any losses that may be suffered by you arising out of or in connection with such suspension or termination.

3. Accumulation of FRP Points (“FRP Points”)

3.1 In order to be eligible to earn FRP Points, you must submit your original printed receipt(s) (relating to a purchase made by you from the participating stores in the Mall) to the Information Counter on the same day of purchase from 10am to 9pm. For the avoidance of doubt, handwritten receipt(s) will strictly not be accepted. Receipt(s) obtained after 9pm may be submitted by 9pm the following day. For the avoidance of doubt, any receipt(s) submitted after the aforementioned cut-off times will not entitle you to any FRP Points.

3.2 Any receipt submitted to earn FRP Points must clearly display the following details: (a) shop name (b) unit number of shop (c) date and time of transaction (d) receipt number and (e) purchase amount (minimum of $20.00 in a single receipt). The Management reserves the right not to award FRP Points in the event that the submitted receipt is unclear, contains incomplete details, or is a re-printed or a duplicate copy. Any decision on the validity of the receipt by the Management shall be final, conclusive and binding upon you and the Management may cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct FRP Points that have already been credited to your Membership Account in its absolute discretion upon its decision on the validity of your submitted receipt.

3.3 You may only submit receipts from retail stores (including education/enrichment centres) in the Mall for FRP Points accumulation. Receipts from the following parties/transactions will not be accepted:-

  • AXS / SAM machines
  • Office tower tenants
  • Car grooming services
  • Banks and ATMs
  • Financial services merchants
  • Clinics
  • Money changers
  • Purchase of vouchers and top up of stored-value cards/packages
  • Bill / Insurance policy payments
  • Deposits
  • Payments made via online, cheque, GIRO or Medisave
  • Atrium fairs / Roadshows

3.4 For receipts from all retail stores in the Mall (except for receipts from education/enrichment centres, a current list of which is set out in Annexure A and which said list shall be updated by the Management from time to time), every $10.00 spent will entitle you to one (1) FRP Point (i.e. $138.00 spent will entitle you to 13 FRP Points). For receipts from education/enrichment centres in the Mall, every $20.00 spent will entitle you to one (1) FRP Point (i.e. $138.00 spent will entitle you to 6 FRP Points). You may only earn a maximum of 50 FRP Points per day.

3.5 All receipts presented or submitted for FRP Points must be in respect of purchases made by you. The Management reserves the right to terminate your membership immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have submitted another person's receipt(s) to earn FRP Points in your Membership Account.

3.6 All FRP Points earned will expire on 31 March of the following calendar year (i.e. FRP Points accumulated in 2019 will expire on 31 March 2020). It is your responsibility to check the balance of your FRP Points and their expiry date at the Information Counter. All FRP Points will automatically expire and be forfeited upon the expiry date. There will strictly be no extension, refund or exchange of expired FRP Points.

3.7 The Management may delay the crediting of FRP Points into your Membership Account until the Management has verified to its satisfaction that you have not earned the FRP Points in breach of any of the FRP Terms or through any abuse of the FRP.

3.8 FRP Points accumulated in your Membership Account remain the Management’s property at all times. FRP Points do not entitle you to any vested right or interest whatsoever and have no cash value. FRP Points are not transferable or assignable for any reason or for any purpose. The sale, auction (including online auction), barter, transfer or assignment of any FRP Points is strictly prohibited, and any FRP Points which the Management deems, at its sole and absolute discretion to have been transferred, sold, auctioned, bartered or assigned in violation of the FRP Terms may be confiscated and/or cancelled.

3.9 The Management reserves its right to cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct FRP Points that have already been credited to your Membership Account in the event that FRP Points are found to have been erroneously credited to your Membership Account pursuant to the periodic audits referred to in paragraph 2.3 above.

3.10 FRP Points in your Membership Account are immediately void upon the cancellation or termination of your membership, howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to any compensation in respect of any FRP Points which are void.

3.11 The Management shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever suffered by you whether directly or indirectly arising from any errors, delay or omission in the awarding of FRP Points to you for any reason whatsoever and/or the cancellation/deletion/deduction of FRP Points from your Membership Account under the FRP Terms.

3.12 In the event of any dispute in relation to the FRP Points, the decision of the Management shall be final.

4. Discretion

4.1 Notwithstanding and without prejudice to any of the FRP Terms, the Management is entitled at any time in its absolute discretion without notice, without giving any reason and without being liable to you in any way whatsoever, to:-

  • suspend or terminate your membership entirely for any reason whatsoever even if you are not in breach of the FRP Terms; and/or
  • refuse to allow you to participate in the FRP; and/or
  • introduce, amend, restrict, suspend and/or terminate all or any of the benefits, services, facilities and privileges in respect of or in connection with your membership.

5. Redemption of FRP Points

5.1 FRP Points may be redeemed for rewards such as Mall vouchers or services and/or products provided by the Mall’s partners. Redemption of FRP Points may only be made upon verification of your identity in accordance with paragraph 5.2 below.

5.2 You must personally attend at the Information Counter and provide the following:-

  • the Singapore mobile number you used to apply for the membership; and
  • your NRIC, passport, work permit, employment pass, dependent’s pass or any other forms of identification as may be required by the Management for the purposes of verification.

5.3 The list of rewards and the number of FRP Points required to redeem the respective rewards shall be determined by the Management. For the avoidance of doubt, the Management may from time to time amend the number of FRP Points required for redemption of the rewards without prior notice to you.

5.4 Rewards are offered subject to their availability.

5.5 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, the Management does not provide any warranty or representation in respect of any product or service offered as rewards and does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of such rewards.

5.6 Any dispute arising from or relating to the products and/or services received as rewards shall be directly settled between you and the supplier of such products and/or services. The Management shall not be liable in any way for any claim arising from or relating to the rewards and/or the redemption process.

5.7 Rewards redeemed may not be exchanged for cash and/or FRP Points and/or any other reward. Refunds for and/or replacements of rewards shall strictly not be entertained.

6. Change of Personal Particulars

6.1 You must promptly update the Management of any change in your personal particulars (including but not limited to a change of your residential address and telephone numbers) at the Information Counter, failing which the Management shall not be liable for any losses whatsoever that you may suffer arising out of or in connection with your failure to update the Management of any change in your personal particulars.

7. Personal Data

7.1 You hereby consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data in relation to your FRP membership by the Management and its agents and contractors involved in the FRP for the following purposes:-

  • assessing, verifying, fulfilling, processing, servicing and/or managing your Membership Account or application for membership, including but not limited to updating the register of Members and data relating to Members;
  • maintaining your Membership Account with us;
  • rendering or providing products, services and facilities in connection with the FRP, including but not limited to the application and the awarding and/or redemption of FRP Points and the developing, enhancing and/or improvement of such products, services and facilities;
  • verifying your identity and/or the identities of persons acting on behalf of you;
  • processing, facilitating, completing, confirming, fulfilling or carrying out any transaction or dealing entered into between you and the Management/the Mall;
  • fulfilling, processing, managing and/or facilitating your participation in any lucky draws, competitions, promotions, contests and other activities conducted or organised by the Management/the Mall, including but not limited to processing or facilitating redemption activities and/or notifying you when you win a prize in connection with such activities;
  • notifying you of benefits, privileges, promotions and/or updates in connection with the FRP;
  • communicating the changes and developments to the Management’s policies, the FRP Terms and other administrative information in relation to the FRP to you;
  • resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries in relation to the FRP;
  • conducting market research for statistical, profiling and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you;
  • complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines or rules or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
  • for any other purposes for which you have provided the personal data;
  • aggregating Members’ data into anonymised statistical data, and sharing such anonymised data with third parties including but not limited to advertisers, marketing and business partners for marketing and promotion purposes; and
  • any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

7.2 Where you have given specific consent, you agree to the Management’s collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by the Management and its agents and contractors for the following purposes:-

  • sending you notifications and marketing and promotional messages in relation to the FRP (including via voice calls, SMS, any social media platforms, or other modes of communication via your e-mail address, residential address, telephone numbers and/or social media account(s) which the Management has in its records from time to time or otherwise available publicly); and
  • sending you notifications and marketing and promotional messages in connection with products, services, offers and promotions by the Mall (including via voice calls, SMS, any social media platforms, or other modes of communication via your e-mail address, residential address, telephone numbers, social media account(s) which the Management has in its records from time to time or otherwise available publicly).

7.3 If you:-

  • wish to withdraw your consent to any use of your personal data as set out herein; or
  • if you have any questions or complaints relating to your personal data; or
  • if you would like to obtain access to and make corrections to your personal data records held by the Management;

7.4 You confirm, acknowledge and agree that if you choose to withdraw your consent for the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data as set out herein, the Management may not be able to continue providing you with the products and services under the FRP or otherwise administer your Membership Account. In such an event, the Management shall have the right to terminate your membership and the Management shall not be liable to you for any losses that may be suffered by arising out of or in connection with such termination.

7.5 You confirm, acknowledge and agree that your consent(s) granted herein do not supersede or replace any other consent(s) which you may have previously granted to any entity comprised in Hotel Properties Ltd in respect of your personal data, and are additional to any rights which any entity comprised in Hotel Properties Ltd may have at law to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data. You also agree that any withdrawal of your consent(s) in accordance with the FRP Terms will not affect any other consent(s) which you may have provided to any entity comprised in Hotel Properties Ltd in respect of your personal data and/or the use of your Singapore mobile number(s) for receiving marketing or promotional information or other advertising messages.

7.6 For the purposes of the FRP Terms, “personal data” means data about you from which you can be identified (a) from that data or (b) from that data and other information to which the Management has or is likely to have access to. Examples of personal data which the Management may collect from you include but is not limited to the following:-

  • Your name and identification information
  • Your contact information such as your address, email address or telephone number,
  • Your nationality, gender, date of birth, marital status;
  • Such other data that may be collected in relation to your participation in the FRP;
  • Photographs and other audio-visual information that may be taken as part of any promotions and/or events in connection with the FRP; and
  • Your purchase history as derived from the receipts submitted by you under the FRP.

8. Exclusion of Liability

8.1 Notwithstanding any FRP Terms to the contrary, the Management shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, inconvenience, moral distress, cost and expense of any nature whatsoever (including, without limitation, for any act, omission, neglect or wilful default on the part of the Management’s agents, contractors, correspondents and/or their respective officers and employees) which in any way may be suffered or incurred by you or by any other person in respect of or in connection with the FRP, including without limitation, your Membership Account, your FRP membership, FRP Points, rewards or redemption and/or in connection with the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data in accordance with the FRP Terms. You shall release and discharge the Management from all claims in relation to the aforesaid loss, damage, inconvenience, embarrassment, cost and/or expense.

8.2 Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the Management shall also not be liable for any indirect, incidental and/or consequential damage or loss suffered by you that may result from the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data, including but not limited to any loss of, or any inability to retrieve, any personal data, howsoever caused, or any inaccuracy in the personal data presented, used or transmitted.

9. Termination of the FRP

9.1 The Management may at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice to you, suspend or terminate the FRP at any time and for any reason as the Management may deem fit. The Management shall not be liable to you for any losses that may be suffered by arising out of or in connection with such suspension or termination.

10. General

10.1 You shall indemnify and keep the Management indemnified against any loss, damage, liability cost and expense (including legal costs and disbursements on a full indemnity basis), directly or indirectly arising from or relating to your misuse of your FRP membership and/or breach of any of the FRP Terms, including without limitation, if you commit any fraud or misrepresent any information supplied or to be supplied under the FRP Terms.

10.2 The Management may amend the FRP Terms from time to time in its sole discretion without notice to you.

10.3 Each of the FRP Terms are severable and distinct from one another and if at any time, any one or more of the FRP Terms or any part thereof is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining FRP Terms will not thereby be affected or impaired in any way.

10.4 You agree to be bound by the FRP Terms and all other terms and conditions governing the use of such facilities, benefits or services in connection with your FRP membership (if any). If there is any conflict between the FRP Terms and any other terms and conditions, the former will prevail and apply and the latter will be deemed to be modified so far only as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of the FRP Terms. Unless otherwise provided by the FRP Terms, nothing in the FRP Terms will affect the validity and enforceability of the Management’s rights or remedies under any other terms and conditions which will continue to apply.

10.5 The rights and remedies provided in the FRP Terms are cumulative and not exclusive of any other right or remedies (whether provided by law or otherwise).

10.6 No failure on the Management’s part to exercise and no delay on the Management’s part in exercising any right or remedy under the FRP Terms will operate as a waiver of such right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of any other right of remedy. Any waiver by the Management of its rights or remedies in respect of any terms under the FRP Terms or any breach of the FRP Terms by you must be in writing and may be given subject to such terms and conditions as the Management may deem fit and is effective only in the instance and for the purpose for which it is given.

10.7 The Management shall be entitled to transfer the whole or part of its rights and obligations in relation to the FRP to any other person or entity at any time without the consent of or notice to you.

10.8 The FRP Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

Mon - Fri: 11am to 2pm & 4.30pm to 8pm, and Sat, Sun & Public Holiday: 10.30am to 3:30pm & 4:30pm to 8pm.
